The North Fork Theatre at Westbury Teams Up With "rock CAN roll" To Help Beat Hunger On Long Island!

Ongoing: If you are going to any ROCK concert at The North Fork Theatre, please bring a CAN of food or non-perishable food item! rock CAN roll volunteers will be there to collect and deliver your donation!

The Dell Boys: Donated 250 pounds of food from their Bar Mitzvah!

Jeremy W.: Donated over 300 hundred pounds of food from his Bar Mitzvah!

Alana D.: Donated 100 pounds of food she collected at her Bat Mizvah!

Emily L.: Set up The Community Synagogue "rock CAN roll" as an ongoing program at their weekly services!

rock CAN roll, Inc., is a volunteer, non profit 501C-3, hunger relief organization and think tank. We are committed to helping men, women and children that live with hunger and in poverty. We match those who have, with those who need, and those who CAN!

Once again, we congratulate and salute the students that make up the Jericho Tri-M Honor Society. They have set an example for other Tri-M Chapters throughout the country on how to successfully run a rock CAN roll project. To date, they have collected over 600 lbs of much needed food that has gone to restock the shelves of local food pantries! It is now "tradition", that each time there is a Jericho High School or Middle School Concert, it is a rock CAN roll event! Concert goers are asked to bring a CAN of food or non-perishable food item. It is a win-win for all! Their good work and example has been highlighted in the National Tri-M Music Honor Societies Newsletter!
