Lauren's Bat Mitzvah
Shalom Everyone,
If you're reading this, then you've received my Bat Mitzvah invitation and you know that my theme is peace and love and "rockCANroll."
The organization that my friend Aimee Holtzman founded, rock can roll, is about peace and love too. What a great mitzvah Aimee is doing. I am grateful to her for inviting me to be part of it.
I am inviting you to be part of it, as well. When you come to my celebration on Sunday evening, May 27th, please remember to bring a can or a box of nonperishable food so we can all participate in the mitzvah of feeding those who are hungry.
